Centering Prayer @ 5:30 PM

Centering Prayer is a time for meditative contemplation that occurs every Tuesday evening at 5:30 pm in the Parlor. There is a brief “check-in” time and then we enter twenty minutes of “intentional silence.” If you wonder what “intentional silence” is, join us as we explore it together in the presence of God. It is welcome to all, and several people outside of St. John’s parish join us weekly in this pilgrimage. This meeting is co-sponsored by Contemplative Outreach of Iowa.
